Abstract
Once the Owner decides to proceed with any project, he has to determine which contract delivery method is suitable to achieve the primary objectives of the project. Specifically, to have it constructed on time, within budget, to the desired quality and with minimum exposure to risk. The selection and use of an appropriate contract procurement/delivery method are fundamental to the success of a construction process.
