Abstract
Motion detection from image sequences is the purpose of changes will be extracted from the background image. Moving target segmentations of regions objectives, track and understand later treatment is very important, since it will process only corresponds to regions of pixels in the image. However, because of the dynamic change of the background image, such as weather, light, shadow and chaos interference effects makes motion detection becomes a difficult task. In the monitoring system, a basic and crucial step is to determine the moving object in the video sequence, motion detection is directly related to the effect of moving target tracking and follow-up of target behavior recognition, is the key to the quality and practicality of the system as a whole. People always want a can be used to monitor a wide variety of environments, to meet the various requirements of the universal algorithm for moving object detection. However, the practical application is very difficult to meet such requirements, practical applications in a variety of environments thus far, but also from the algorithm complexity, reliability, and timeliness and other aspects into consideration.
