Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer typically presenting with skin changes instead of a breast lump. Hybrid PET/MR imaging provides the anatomic detail and metabolic assessment to characterize the cancer and localize a biopsy target site as well as evaluate for axillary nodal spread and distant metastases.
