Abstract

It is useful now to provide an epistemic framework on which the theory of info-dynamics is being developed. This theory is a follow up of the theory of info-statics. It is developed as a unified foundational theory of informing through acquaintances, knowing and learning through epistemic processes which take the forms of teaching and educating through transmission and communication processes of conditions on transformation of varieties and categorial varieties. The transformations of varieties and categorial varieties take through decision-choice processes and the mimicking of nature to satisfy the needs of engineering processes.
