Management of Adverse Events After Inguinal Hernia Repair

Abstract

Inguinal hernia repair is one of the most common general surgery procedures worldwide. While the complication rate associated with this procedure is low, the management of adverse events can be challenging. This chapter explores the treatment of complications following both open and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repairs.
