Abstract
Two-day-old girl, second-born twin of a dichorionic diamniotic pregnancy. Born 1 h later than the first twin through emergent C-section at 39 weeks of gestational age due to breech presentation, Apgar score 1/4/6 (1, 5, 10 min). Presented severe hypotonia and clonic movements of the right hand. Ultrasound performed at day 2 and MR at day 10.
