Abstract
A 52-year-old woman was admitted to the emergency department with nausea and vomiting lasting 5 h, right-sided decreased muscle strength, and liquid dysphagia. Neurological examination revealed a left-beating nystagmus, mild dysarthria, diminished gag reflex, right hemiparesis grade 3/5 mRC, right hemiataxia, left hemihypoesthesia, and right Babinski sign (NIHSS 8).
