Abstract
A 60-year-old woman, in follow-up of a left frontal glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), diagnosed in the setting of a first seizure, with subsequent MRI investigation, maximal safe surgical resection and first-line treatment with radiotherapy and concurrent and adjuvant temozolomide (Stupp protocol). Below, pre-surgical (◘ Figs. 28.1 and 28.2), first 48-h period after surgery (◘ Fig. 28.3), 3 months post-radiotherapy (◘ Figs. 28.4 and 28.5), and 22 months post-radiotherapy (◘ Fig. 28.6) studies.
