Abstract
Pedunculated fibroma of the nipple belongs to a group of breast diseases termed dermatoses.
It is an extremely rare type of benign tumour. Wide excision with histopathological evaluation is confirmatory for diagnosis. Recurrence is uncommon. The author discusses the pathology and clinical features of this disorder.
