Abstract

Ebstein’s malformation of the tricuspid valve includes a spectrum of abnormalities involving the tricuspid valve and right ventricle, which results in a smaller functional right ventricle. This section will review the variable presentation, physiology, and anesthetic considerations when taking care of a parturient with this congenital heart anomaly.
