Abstract

This chapter provides a critical feminist analysis of Australian and USA civilian and military criminal law provisions relating to the crime of sexual exploitation. This analysis is presented in the context of sexual exploitation as committed by United Nations military peacekeeping personnel, based on the definition of sexual exploitation constructed by the United Nations.
