Abstract
This chapter presents in vitro and in vivo nonimaging methods to determine different biological parameters to establish disease conditions in humans. The methods of radioimmunoassay, Schilling test, blood volume, and red cell survival tests are described along with the normal values. As usual, references and pertinent questions are cited at the end.
