Abstract

Disease with acute reversible dysfunction with the absence of significant coronary disease of the left ventricle. Transitional dyskinetic movement of the anterior wall of the left ventricle. The clinical course may resemble acute myocardial infarction with typical chest pain and electrocardiographic changes and coronary.
