Abstract
This chapter summarizes the model which represents a holistic approach driven by the leader’s emotional connection to followers in recognition of their human essence. While the heart and soul of the model relies on the leader’s ability to act in a trustworthy manner, this will naturally occur if the leader is able to connect emotionally with colleagues. The leader has a bully pulpit, and the responsibility to use it as part of a holistic model to set the tone and culture throughout the organization that is anchored in organizational values that are shared and understood by all.
