Abstract

The chapter describes the methodology used to examine the performance of Cuban civic organizations in Miami, including the interview questions with organizational leaders and organizers that were developed to learn about the political culture of the organizations. Measures of success developed from the research are discussed; so too is role the organizations play in the development of community.
