Abstract

In this chapter, the authors report their approach to mastopexy with and without silicone implants using a single central block with the superior pedicle, transposition of the nipple-areola complex (NAC), and redistribution of the mammary cone. They present a specific manner of remodeling the breast mound using the lateral lipoglandular tissue adapted to preoperative markings as an inverted T shape or the periareolar and vertical incisions on a case-by-case basis. In this method, the new breast parenchyma is remodeled in a single central block with the NAC on top.
