Abstract
Corporate methodology and architecture groups are often part of an organizational legacy that competes against fast-moving development teams. In this chapter, we provide detailed advice to Agile teams on how to “play nice” with these corporate groups, trying not to trample over existing processes just because “We’re Agile!” Also, we offer advice to corporate groups who are interested to improve and modernize, using principles and practices from the Agile world.
