Abstract
This chapter argues that the laws on foreign laws governing the operation of foreign education providers and the application of the law, coupled with lack of a clear national vision for education, means that the government still has an important task it needs to address. This means, for foreign education providers, the prospects are optimistic for attracting Indonesian students.
