Abstract
This case describes the complexity of care, both acute and over several weeks, of a 19-year-old man with extensive abdominal and limb wounds. He underwent surgery in Ziv Medical Center after the initial surgery in Syria. In addition to operative care, the patient required nutritional support, stoma care, and rehabilitation.
