Abstract

This chapter illustrates internal derangements, osteoarthritis, bone marrow abnormalities, arthritides; rheumatoid artritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory arthritis without known generalized joint disease, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis, juvenile osteoarthritis, ankyloses, condylar growth disturbances (anomalies); condylar hyperplasia, condylar hypoplasia, and bifid condyle, inflammatory or tumorlike conditions; calcium pyrophosphate dehydrate crystal deposition disease, pigmented villonodular synovitis, simple bone cyst, synovial cyst, and synovial chondromatosis, benign tumors; osteochondroma, osteoma, and sphenoid meningioma, malignant tumors; metastatic osteosarcoma and metastatic tumor from lung cancer, osteoradionecrosis, and coronoid hyperplasia.
