I may be the most unlikely person to be writing a chapter in this book. I have never worked in a lab, I never even took chemistry in high school. In fact, all through school I struggled in math and science, while I could understand the concepts in my earth science and animal science classes, chemistry and algebra would cause my head to swim and for me to feel like I wasn’t very smart.
