Abstract
In previous chapters we have discussed the new digital economy – an economy that is based on digital technologies-, its main components and new digital business models. We have also set up the fundamentals to understand what economic value (EV) is. And we have discussed how and when these business models can create EV, analyzing business decisions taken by some digital companies.
In this chapter we will take a more general approach, with the objective of discussing the key points to be considered in order to manage in a digital economy, while trying to deliver EV.
