Abstract
This chapter explains how Nigerian Christians respond to the application of Islamic law. It discusses how the application of the Shari’ah affects the lives of Christians in the North and how they feel about it. In addition, it elaborates how the Christian Association of Nigeria raises many objections to this application and how the advocates of Islamic law address Christians’ concerns. The opinions of both the exponents and the opponents of this application are thoroughly articulated.
