Abstract

The IMS is a model that fundamentally builds on professional values, including respect for human dignity and worth, professional integrity and the importance of social justice and fairness. These core values are implicit to social work practice broadly and to child protection in particular. In this final chapter we reflect on the model and its applicability to practice.
