Automatic Tongue Recognition Based on Color and Textural Features

Abstract

This paper proposes a method of tongue recognition. Tongue images have many advantage for personal identification and verification. In this paper a tongue features are extracted based on color and texture features. These features can be used in forensic applications and with other robust biometrics features can be combined in multi modal biometric system.
