Abstract

Widespread use of lasers in science and technology supports the interest to the problems of laser dynamics. Stationary modes of high and low intensity in different frequency ranges, as well as the generation of giant and ultrashort pulses are of great demand for modern medicine, electronics, and military equipment. Complex regular and chaotic regimes, synchronous pulsing in coupled lasers are actively studied in the view of applications in information technology, data processing systems, protection of optical communications. For these aims the analysis of laser dynamics and the development of control methods are of permanent importance.
