Abstract

Learning Achievement Tracking (LAT) is a study designed to assess the impact of the Digital Equalizer (DE) program in terms of student learning outcomes. The LAT study has been administered in three phases as LAT I (Baseline), LAT II (Mid-line) and LAT III (End-line). This End-line study report makes an attempt to explore the learning achievement of students in subjects like Science, Mathematics and Geography after 18 months (time normally available in 2 academic year) of DE program implementation in 100 schools across 6 districts of Odisha i.e. Cuttack, Kendrapara, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Ganjam and Gajapati respectively.
