Abstract
Along with the board parameters, sometimes it becomes necessary to monitor the on-chip critical parameters like on-chip temperature, different levels of voltages, total power consumed by the chip etc. In such cases, providing on chip solutions like System Monitor becomes a crucial solution. The modern FPGA families from Xilinx, provides this very helpful feature.
