Abstract

This chapter describes in detail the surgical steps involved in the endoscopic approach to brow lift and forehead rejuvenation. Endoscopic assistance is utilized in this procedure. The preferred authors’ method of scalp fixation with the Endotine (Coapt, Inc.) device is discussed, although other fixation techniques can be employed in lieu of the Endotine device. Details of the trans-blepharoplasty approach in conjunction with the top-down endoscopic approach are discussed. Indications, preoperative markings, surgical steps, postoperative care, operative dictation, and suggested readings are included.
