Modelling Folate Metabolism and DNA Methylation

Abstract

In Chap. 1 folate metabolism was introduced and the important role computational modelling played in augmenting our understanding of the nutritional biochemistry underpinning this system was highlighted. In this chapter a computational model will be used to explore the intricacies of this system.
