Abstract
The article tackles issues related to the creation of an intelligent decision making system for the design of mobile micro hydroelectric plants and their engineering protection for a rough terrain and decentralized water and power facilities of low power consumption. This system is based on multi-criteria optimization and provides the most optimal option to solve the given issue when the decision maker (DM) cannot choose from a range of project solution options.
