Abstract
In simple terms, the goal for measuring images is to have a set of time/magnitude pairs where “time” is usually a form of (Modified) Julian Date. With these, you can plot the lightcurve of the asteroid or variable star. In this chapter, you’ll learn the basic considerations and methods to measure images.
