Abstract
The future of higher education will be radically different from what we have previously known. The industry is being shaped by the post-recession economy and rapid developments in digital technology. Current debate focuses on how institutions can advance their business model in the current turbulence of the wider global business environment. The onus is on providers of higher education to keep pace with rising expectations of stakeholders. The question is how and where to begin.
