Abstract
The thesis deals with the electrical and thermoelectric properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and its nanocomposite with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and relationship of the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient. Concentration dependence of PTFE–CNT nanocomposite conductivity with nonlinear character and percolation point at different wt% CNT concentrations were established.
