Abstract
After the integration of the web 2.0 in online education, the learner becomes more involved in the process and the platform offers new features stemming from the principles of web 2.0. Nevertheless, monitoring is becoming an increasingly difficult task. This paper presents our approach, which uses the functions of business intelligence in a relevant way to assess different sides of the e-learning system based on the generation of a variety of statistics on one hand, and to fill the need in terms of pertinent researches and analyzes which complement those which exist already to allow managers to make better decisions, on the other hand. Our system will not just control the platform, but also the entire process, in order to improve the decision-making task, by providing better assessment and management of online training processes and therefore, increasing their efficiency and performance.
