Abstract
A 25-year-old patient had breast augmentation with dual plane. She developed left breast deformity at 2 months postoperative and a year later had rippling. The Group discussed a muscle release, place implants subglandularly or completely submuscular, change implant type and size, and extended the muscle release. Reconstruction was performed with subglandular, smooth, and moderate-profile implants that were slightly larger than the original, lateral capsulorrhaphy, and suturing edge of pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. The results were quite good.
