Abstract
A 43-year-old patient had breast augmentation with round, textured, gel implants in subglandular pockets. Ten months later, she presents with bilateral capsule contracture with mild Snoopy deformity. She has pain when lifting the right arm. There was discussion on capsulectomy or capsulotomy, medical treatment of the capsule contracture and change to subpectoral pockets. She had two revisions.
