Abstract
Submitted is a case of a patient who had breast augmentation 16 years previously and also had replacement of the implants with anatomic cohesive gel implants. She developed rippling postoperatively and then developed hardening of the implants. The contributors discussed revision surgical procedures and the different possible implants that can be used. The polyurethane implants are described.
