This paper reports on the pedagogical use of Cuisenaire method in mathematical teaching for students on preschool and primary school. Cuisenaire is being a teaching tool for more than 60 years, so our goal is to reintroduce the method and reinforce it with the use of ICT, guiding teachers and parents together to teach children. In the first part of the paper, we describe shortly the method. In the second part, we present exemplar lesson plans for preschool students and students in the first years of primary school. In the last part, we describe in detail how the method will be implemented in the field of ICT. We give the analysis and the functions of educational platform, which will be fully equipped with online interactive applications, complete educational material, video tutorials and lesson plans, as well as online training webinars for teachers and parents.
