Abstract

This chapter describes the main features of Recycled Concrete Aggregates (RCAs). An overview of the previous works available in literature is firstly presented. Then, the experimental activities performed on RCAs for the present research are described and discussed. The analysis of the experimental results available for RCA particles led to proposing some analytical formulations intended at correlating the main engineering properties of RCAs.
