Abstract

The recurrence in Dupuytren’s disease represents a very controversial problem, either for diagnosis, bieng its definition still unclear, or for treatment, including the skin scar treatment, the pathologic aponevrotic tissue removal, and some associated procedures, as tendon and joints release. In this chapter a typical recurrence situation is described and treated.
