Abstract
This paper describes a number of technologies of remote data collection from various kinds of objects. Particular attention is paid to the collection of data from meters of household energy (heat, water, electricity, gas). The main advantages and disadvantages of the most often used technologies of automatic data collection from residential meters are presented in the text. In addition, the paper analyzes the types of available counters in Ul’yanovsk Region. It is proposed the using of Bluetooth 4.0 BLE technology when you develop services of information exchange with territorially-distributed devices, including energy meters. Besides, we propose the settings and configuration of the Bluetooth module for solving the tasks of information exchange. It is shown, that the using Bluetooth 4.0 BLE technology is more efficiency comparing with other technologies.
