Abstract
The most appropriate continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) level to correct obstructive respiratory disorders during sleep can be identified by polysomnography during a single-night with manual or automatic titration. However, unassisted monitoring for multiple nights with an auto-CPAP device may often be more convenient. Evaluation of subjective and clinical findings after initiation of CPAP treatment may be recommended to confirm the CPAP level prescription.
