Abstract
Schizophrenia is an endogenous and multifactorial disease that causes for the person that suffers, disconnections with reality, difficulties of real facts processing, difficulties of cognition and memorization, disorders on social, affective and personal life and difficulties to personal organization. On his agenda, there is a loss of time with hallucinations, delusions and obsessive compulsive troubles. The difficulty with organization is because his memory is weakened by constant neuronal losses and does not write routine with normally and the distraction state may be a constant. The disease is classified in six types and the causes are related with each brain area is damaged and the symptoms that adds : Paranoid; Disorganized; Catatonic; Undifferentiated; Residual and Hebephrenic. Like the disease is multifactor, is difficult to the doctor to view patient history as a whole. The panoramic view about the disease for each patient and the relations with and between the factors, allows to the doctor perceives the patient by globalized form. The research about possible causes and hypothesis for disease was raised through articles published on the fifteen years last and positioned at block diagram, accord-ing with main factors of the disease and relations between them. It was found six main factors of the disease: Genetic, Physical, Metabolism, Nutrition, Psychic and Environment. All the points studied can be positioned into this six main factors and it was possible to realize the relations with them. The purpose is to help to the doctor perceive the patient by globalized form and facilitate the treatment foreseeing the consequences by interventions realized by medicines, nutrition or therapy.
