Abstract

This chapter discusses and illustrates benign biliary lesions, which include ciliated hepatic foregut cysts, biliary adenofibromas, solitary bile duct cysts, bile duct adenomas, and peribiliary cysts. Some of these bile duct lesions are congenital, while most are acquired conditions. These lesions can mimic other benign and malignant tumors and their diagnosis and differential is discussed.
