Abstract

Along with the development of global economy, a financial investment plan proposed by an investor became a common activity in business. And how to effectively and efficiently evaluate a financial investment plan became a hot topic in recent years. More importantly, as more and more non-professional investors are participating in the Stock Investment market, the demand for an intelligent method/system to help them making professional investment decisions are more urgent than ever. In this paper, a 3-dimension evaluation method based on 2-tuple linguistic is proposed for dealing with fuzzy linguistic information. The 3-dimension evaluation architecture based on 2-tuple linguistic is put forward, and a group of stock investment evaluation models are designed and implemented. The extended 2-tuple linguistic weighting arithmetic average operator is defined, which combines investor’s opinions, expert knowledge, and personalized stock investment hope and evaluation. Finally an application case is used to show the 3-dimension evaluation method effective and valid.
