Abstract

The Pupil Cycle Time analysis is a high validity topic and an open field in the clinical research. The use of chromatic stimuli for the evocation of this pupillary response has been poorly reported. In this paper the design methodology of all the system and components is described. The elements of the system include the chromatic slit lamp, mechanical positioning system and the algorithms for image and signals processing. A pilot test was applied over one healthy voluntary.
