Provisional Release in International Criminal Proceedings: The Limits of the Influence of Human Rights Law

Abstract

The development of Human Rights Law is complementary and parallel to the development of International Criminal Law. Yet this does not mean that both corpus make a coherent whole. The study of the provisional release regime shows that the international criminal proceedings sometimes move away from Human Rigths Law.
