Abstract
It is expected thatĀ apart from working managers, a significant number of readers of this book will be advanced students, at tertiary level. While some of the material is already migrating down into business studies at school , the scope of what we have here and the quite detailed level of much of the treatment are well beyond the interest and capability of the average school learner . This second supplementary chapter reflects on the state of information systems research, for the benefit of senior students undertaking research into information systems and related matters.

See http://www.qual.auckland.ac.nz for Michael Myersā interesting material on qualitative research methods.
