Abstract

Improving the efficiency of human resources management of science intensive production is an actual scientific and technical challenge. Decision based on improving the scientific and methodological apparatus determining operators’ psycho-physiological state by information from multimodal workstation’s input interface and mechanisms for the dynamic allocation development of their functions in the case of departure of psychophysiological state from the normal state is offered in the paper.
